When's the next meeting?

PRESBYTERY PLENARY
Each Cluster of Churches is to have at least two representatives to serve on the Agenda & Planning Team when their Cluster is the Host group. It would, of course, be good if a delegate from each church participated.

These persons will need to be chosen at least two months prior to the upcoming meeting and their names provided to the Secretary of Presbytery.

It would be helpful if each Cluster would pre determine which church would be the venue for their cluster in advance to enable folks to plan. Please advise the Secretary when this is determined. [A number of persons within the presbytery have shared that they are already booking their schedules a year ahead.]
